Developed for the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science, this kiosk allows visitors to dive deep into the hundreds of unique volcanic formations around the state of New Mexico. Distinctive, color-coordinated icons make it easy to read an otherwise complicated map, and the fun postcard-style aesthetic appeals to the wide demographic of people who visit the museum.
Each time the app is used, the attract page (below) runs its automatic "re-tiling" sequence, which populates the grid with new, beautiful moving imagery; this means that every time the app is used, it feels just as fresh and intriguing as the first time.
